The Recognition and Quantitative Study of Entrepreneurship Model According to the Grounded Theory Approach
Entrepreneurship is considered to be a crucial factor of economic development in the modern era. The entrepreneurs lead and enhance the prosperity of society by using their organized novelties and the leadership skills of creative teams. In addition, they expedited the economic growth by creating wealth and employment opportunities, which are regarded as a motive power. The present study was conducted to design an entrepreneurial model in Sistan and Baluchestan by using a qualitative approach and according to the grounded theory approach. In this regard, the targeted sampling and in-depth, semi-structured interview methods were used to interview with 15 successful entrepreneurs from Sistan and Baluchestan. The data were analyzed and interpreted in three stages, including open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. According to the designed model, the following factors were recognized as: a) relative and comprehensive safety factors at work as a model justifying factor, b) quality as the central and organizing phenomenon of other elements of the model, c) social capital and skill and expertise as intervening factors on the strategies of the phenomenon, d) dynamics of industry and economic capital as solution-oriented strategies to deal with the studied phenomenon and job creation, and e) economic investment and increasing private sector share as consequences of developing successful entrepreneurial.
