The Oral history of Jihadist Women of Mallard City in Support of the War and Investigating the dynamic factors of NGO women's groups
If the organization is defined as a specific social system consisting of like-minded people under a common discourse to create activism according to specific goals, the following definition is used for NGO women's cultural-religious organizations: a social system whose core is women who, usually without sufficient material and rights, turn to philanthropic and godly activities in line with religious foundations. In this way, women make non-governmental and voluntary decisions based on their common goals and put them into practice. As Imam Khomeini (MBUH) emphasized the active role of women during the Islamic Revolution, women gained a new identity and during the eight years of Holy Defense, by the influence of this educational school, women actively participated in supporting the war. This article attempts to analyze the oral memories of Mallard women jihadists in support of the war by using the qualitative method of "thematic analysis", and to examine the dynamics and durability of this NGO women's organization. In this research, thirteen factors were identified, among which we can mention the following components: collectivism and paying attention to women's groups, initiative and problem-solving despite the lack of facilities and originality of operations against facilities, paying attention to martyrdom and visiting the families of martyrs and veterans, and experimenting in new fields.
