Organizational Cynicism against Organizational Trust: Concepts Recognition
With the increasing number of deviant behaviors in the organization, the orientation of part of the researches has been directed towards this organizational problem. Deviant behaviors have a lot of economic, social and psychological costs and will threaten organizational health. One of the elements that lead to deviant behavior is the penetration of organizational Cynicism. This shows the necessity of planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring the concepts and causes of organizational Cynicism, as well as preventing the influence of Cynicism in the organization in such a way as to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. The present article is written in a descriptive-review manner with reference to library studies and aims to investigate the concepts, benefits, necessities and differences of organizational Cynicism and organizational trust. In this article, after stating the introduction, the concept of organizational Cynicism, related theories, dimensions and factors affecting it have been examined, and then by expressing the concepts related to organizational trust (definition, dimensions, processes and effective factors), relationship between organizational Cynicism and organizational trust has been proposed.
