Analyzing the lifestyle components of managers in Islamic governance from the perspective of Imam Khamenei

The Islamic lifestyle has been the focus and emphasis of Imam Khamenei in recent years. The question of the lifestyle of managers in the Islamic Republic of Iran is a serious and fundamental question in terms of political philosophy. The negative effects of the western lifestyle can be seen in the personal and social dimensions of Islamic managers in some cases. The lifestyle from Imam Khamenei's point of view can be used as a road map and doctrine by all institutions, institutions and managers at all levels of management. In this research, an attempt has been made to answer this question, what are the lifestyle components of managers in Islamic governance from Imam Khamenei's point of view? The findings of this research, based on the thought of Imam Khamenei, are: faith, rationality, social justice, simplicity of life, responsibility, consultability and modification of the consumption pattern. In this article, the researchers investigate this issue by using the descriptive-analytical method, relying on written library sources and articles. The results of this research are practical because the lifestyle of managers refers to the external objects of society.
