Building humanities on Darwinist and materialist philosophy, has brought about achievements for empirical anthropology that have ignored or neglected the transcendental dimension of human existence. This flawed look at the critical components of human cognition, such as the "emotion" that ultimately leads to the health of one's body and soul, has provided a product that today's human beings are at an even greater risk of suffering from widespread mental illness and social harm. The purpose of the present study is to examine the Plutchik's Emotion Cycle as accepted view of emotion recognition by adapting to the existential structure of the human in the Qur'an so that a more complete understanding of the emotional classes can be provided by simultaneously considering the material and supernatural dimensions of human existence.
The study by content analysis, first provided a coding form of evaluation of Plutchik's Emotional Classes and Human Image in the Qur'an using Plutchik and Quranic resources and commentary and provided two trained evaluators and then reviewed the results afterwards Statistical calculations were performed.
Accordingly, the four layers of the human structure in the Qur'an, including the Sadr (Thorax), Shaqaf (Endocard), Heart (Myocard), and Foad (Card) the new circle form in outermost Plutchik's Emotion Cycle, and the sadr layer covered the most emotions and the love emotion was the most important emotion in this adaptation.
The definitions of emotional classes have been developed and transcended due to the importance of emotions in mental illnesses, which are predicted to lead to important changes in cognition and treatment of diseases in the future.
