Model of Factors Affecting E-Business Supply Chain in Service IndustriesService supplychain management is a tool to predict, plan, execute and control supply chain processes to meet customer needs and their satisfaction, which includes coordination, integration and control of product, information and cash flow within the organization and between partners. Due to the involvement of several companies in joint activities, they are a good opportunity for entrepreneurship. For this purpose, the purpose of this study is to present a model of factors affecting the supply chain of e-businesses in the service industry using a fuzzy cognitive mapping approach. This exploratory mixed research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection. For this purpose, a matrix questionnaire was prepared and provided to 173 e-business experts. Finally, we analyzed the data using FCMapper1 and Ucinet6 software. Findings indicate that among the identified factors, customer orientation, productivity and market share growth factors are more centralized than other factors, meaning that more flashes enter and exit it becomes. Finally, scenarios were written based on these three factors and suggestions were made to improve the supply chain of e-businesses in service industry.
