Measuring the level of satisfaction of a military-police organization's beneficiaries with nutrition services
The status of food intake and the level of satisfaction of operational staff with food programs and the quantity and quality of food periodically is one of the most effective cases in modifying food programs, improving the quality of nutrition services and increasing staff satisfaction level. This study has been done with the aim of measuring the satisfaction of beneficiaries with nutrition services in the headquarters of a military organization.
This study is descriptive-survey and is applied in terms of purpose and The statistical sample was randomly categorized selected and 338 people from the headquarters of a military-police organization were selected and examined using Morgan table.
Measuring the level of beneficiaries' satisfaction with nutrition services in the headquarters of a military-police organization showed that four factors: food quality, environment and location of dining halls, quality of services provided and beneficiaries' satisfaction are effective in staff satisfaction with nutrition services.
The results of the subjects' response to the components of the questionnaire using Friedman test show that there is relative satisfaction in the quality of services provided and the environment and location of dining halls and there is dissatisfaction in food quality and beneficiaries satisfaction.
