The role of managers in preventing the job tension of FARAJA employees
The purpose of this research is to identify the role of managers in preventing job burnout of FARAJA employees with the focus on leadership style, obtaining employee satisfaction, communication skills and attention to the organizational needs of employees.
This research is a descriptive survey in terms of practical purpose, and in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the research is all employees of FARAJA headquarters. The sample size was calculated based on Morgan's table, 217 people were selected by structured probability sampling method. The tool of data collection is also a questionnaire made by the researcher, which before the implementation of validity (through the method of content evaluation and the approval of 5 elite methodologists) and its reliability (through Cronbach's alpha with a reliability coefficient (α = 91%)) and the data It was also analyzed using SPSS software.
The results and findings of the research show that personal organizational communication skills with β = -0.147, management styles with β = -0.049, employee satisfaction with managers with β = -0.157, managers' attention to needs the organization of employees with β = -0.168 has a significant but negative contribution in explaining the job stress of employees.
At the end of the research, based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the job stress of employees has many and complex dimensions and is affected by several causes and factors, and the role of commanders and managers at the FARAJA organization level is very prominent in this issue, and the suggestions application have been presented in this field.
