This theoretical approach to political expediency provides a significant part of the soft power of the political system, during which it can maintain its political-security repression well. In fact, political expediency means a tool for the theoretical and cognitive threat of the enemy to reduce the possibility of exercising his hard power and increase the deterrence of the Islamic system.
