Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to identify important and priority issues in the field of strategic management of technical and vocational education in order to change, transform and develop resources for sustainability and adaptation to the environment. The research is cross-sectional in terms of applied purpose, descriptive survey method, and quantitative in terms of data. The research instrument is a 105-item researcher-made questionnaire with a content validity index of 0.9 and a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.969. The statistical population includes 31 natural clusters, of which 10 clusters including 379 organizational managers were randomly sampled. Research findings include employment (employability, entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity), educational attractiveness (audience diversity, improving access, increasing traction and attraction), lifelong learning (improving employee skills, empowering people), identifying job changes (job changes, Technological changes, skill changes), strengthening educational assistants (private sector development, financial and supportive incentives), quality assurance (professional development of coaches, professional qualification system of coaches, competency-based training, curriculum based on professional competence Is the accreditation of institutions and rankings, standards of education management, counseling and educational and career guidance). Using the confirmatory factor analysis method, the second order of model fit in 6 components and 20 subcomponents was developed. The degree of fit of the model is 0.91. Managers of technical and vocational education organizations can implement successful and optimal management by recognizing the components and sub-components of the above strategic management.
