Investigating the Effect of Knowledge Leadership on Organizational Entrepreneurship, the Mediating Role of Organizational Innovation
Knowledge leadership means applying new knowledge to create new methods in the organization. This type of leadership should take steps to acquire, create or share knowledge. While investigating the effect of knowledge leadership on organizational entrepreneurship, the current research has examined the role of organizational innovation mediator in this relationship. The type of research was applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of the nature of descriptive methodology. The statistical population of the study was all customs employees of Ardabil province in the number of 203 people, and the census method was used instead of sampling in this research, and finally 198 questionnaires were obtained that could be analyzed. A questionnaire tool was used to collect data, and their validity and reliability were checked and confirmed using content validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The obtained data were analyzed using the method of structural equation modeling and path analysis, all steps were calculated by SPSS and Amos software. The research results showed that organizational innovation has a mediating role in the effect of knowledge leadership on entrepreneurship, and knowledge leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship and organizational innovation, and organizational innovation had a significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship. The findings of this research can be effective in the movement of organizations towards paying more attention to the role of knowledge leadership on entrepreneurship.
