The Effect of Team Culture and Knowledge Sharing on Service Inovation
This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of team culture and knowledge sharing on service innovation. The current research is of an applied type in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research included all the experts of the retirement center of Tehran, 210 persons. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula and simple random sampling method as 135 people. To measure the relationship between the variables, the standard questionnaire of Hossain and et al. (2017) was used. The findings of the research illustrate that knowledge sharing on service innovation with a path coefficient of 2.495, knowledge sharing on team culture with a path coefficient of 11.093, and team culture on service innovation with a path coefficient of 146. 4 is an effective factor.
