Justice is central, meritocracy, political, social and religious freedoms, spirituality and morality, a revolutionary society, the existence of parties and non-governmental organizations and an efficient political system with the aim of achieving a good life. The process of achieving political progress includes actions such as relying on the issue of identity, managing culture, maintaining and developing the legitimacy of the political system, relying on rationality, institutionalization and discourse building.
