Abstract:
Good Faith as a principle that can be deduced from religious and jurisprudential texts, trough time, has been converted to a legal rule and eventually benefits from the legal sanctions. The legal feature of this principle draws the sequence of non-observance from the afterlife sequence to the present world and affects legal acts and events. Although this principle has overshadowed all contracts, just in insurance contracts the utmost good faith is needed. The principle of good faith is doubly important in credit insurance because of the continuous relationship between the insurer and the insured due to the special features of this type of insurance and the commitment of the insurer to disclose at all stages of the contract. In other Words, the Commercial fate of the insured and the insurer in this contract is so intertwined that pushes them to the border of business partners. The present article is a descriptive-analytical review of the principle of good faith in the credit insurance contract from each parties' side.
