Managing the fallacy of resorting to flattery in organizations

Humans have the ability to express facts and check their validity. They can justify and change their beliefs and understand things in general. Almost all healthy people have the ability to reason, but very, very few people do it well. A fallacious argument may be deceptive by appearing better than it really is. Some fallacies are done intentionally to manipulate or persuade or deceive, while others are committed unintentionally due to carelessness or ignorance. Experts believe that every human being is an actor. The world is a stage and people are the actors of this stage. Most people, regardless of their ability and competence, prefer to create a ((good impression)) of themselves in the eyes of others. It is important to understand what fallacies are so that one can recognize them either in one's own writing or that of others.
