Pathology of extra-organizational interaction of the police in the fight against drugs

Researching the pathology of extra-organizational interaction of the police in the fight against drugs with the approach of extra-organizational and multi-institutional interactions requires a kind of alignment and integration and plays an important role in solving the information and operational gaps of this police. It is expected to be very effective in reducing the costs and inter-organizational interaction gaps and eliminating the extra-organizational interaction harms of the police in the fight against drugs.

The method of this research is a qualitative research with an exploratory technique in terms of practical purpose and in terms of implementation method. In this research, to answer the research questions from the statistical community of experts and experts in the field of combating and preventing narcotics in Iran to reach Theoretical saturation limit was used, which was collected by non-probability sampling method and interview tool.

The findings of the research show that the harms of the extra-organizational interaction of the police in the fight against drugs are observed in five sections, which are: 1-type and manner of interaction; 2-systems of interaction; 3-damages of the challenges caused by neglecting inter-organizational interaction; 4- Challenges of police interaction and performance; 5- Pathology of high-handed documents.

The results show that it is possible to create educational and research platforms on how to interact with other organizations among managers and employees, and by increasing the presence in the media and radio and television, as well as by taking advantage of the forces and funds. Social, unity and convergence of anti-narcotics police with people and anti-narcotics institutions should be expanded.
