The Effectiveness of Short-Term in- Service Specialist Courses of Anti-Narcotics Police Officers
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of two short-term in-service specialized training courses in the range of officer officers and in particular male staffers with third degree lieutenant and using the correlation coefficient statistical method.
The present study is an applied and descriptive correlation method. To measure reaction, learning and performance, the questionnaire was used in two stages: pre-test and post-test. The statistical population of this research is the trainees of the anti-narcotics police (expeditionary personnel of the provinces). A pre-test was used to measure and calculate the correlation coefficient of the first two courses (first period of 27 and 24 subjects of the second period). Then, at the end of the course, all subjects were taken in either the post-test or the final test.
The results of this study showed that it cannot be concluded that there is a reliable relationship between the pre-test and post-test scores of learners in the course due to the nature of the short learning period and, ultimately, the short time spent learning specific skills or enhancing the limited and specialized subjects In a limited period of time, by the announced criteria of the Naja Education and Training Dept.
As a result, there is a significant relationship between the previous learners' learning and the provided trainings, and there is no complete relationship.
