Study of Cultural Factors Affecting Women Addiction to Drugs (Case Study: Tehran)
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the cultural factors affecting addiction to addicted women (case study in Tehran).
The research method in this research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study is all drug addicted women in Tehran who were treated in addiction treatment clinics in Tehran, using 150 subjects as the sample size. In this research, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data necessary for research and examination of the hypotheses. Validity of the questionnaire was calculated using content analysis and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha method. Data were analyzed by SPSS software. In descriptive statistics, the table and charts are used to express the characteristics of the statistical population of the research.
The results of this study showed that cultural and educational facilities, media consumption, religious orientation and cultural capital are related to women's addiction.
As much as cultural and educational facilities, media consumption, cultural capital and ultimately religious orientation, the tendency towards addiction will be less.
