Scheduling of activities in the drilling rig repairs projects under uncertain conditions of implementation time (case study: part of Sina's drilling rig)
In recent years, our country has been subject to the most severe economic sanctions, and the oil industry has not been immune from these sanctions, so that it is difficult to purchase or renovate equipment in the boycott. The reconstruction and repair process is one of the best alternatives. Also, the uncertainty of the time of the implementation of activities has increased the understanding of project owners from the scheduling of activities and opened up a broader view of the project and the upcoming activities. In this research, the design of an integrated schedule of activities and supply chain for reconstruction projects of drilling rigs under conditions of uncertainty of the time of implementation of activities is presented and the costs of the contractor and suppliers have been observed, and the uncertain scheduling of activities and planning of orders have been made in such a way that the total cost The whole chain is minimized. Given the number of variables and model constraints, the problem is NP-hard. Therefore, to solve such problems, the meta-heuristic methods are used, which produces near optimal solutions in a reasonable time than the exact methods. By comparing the results of exact resolution and meta-heuristic-algorithms, it was found that with increasing problem dimensions, the exact solution time is exponentially exponentially, but the solving time by the meta-heuristic-algorithm has a steady trend that indicates the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.
