Designing a work culture model according to the factors of organizational justice, social capital and participatory management and providing an appropriate model

Abstract:
Work culture is the knowledge and belief that people have in interpreting their experiences and the environment of work and its results. Undoubtedly, in order to analyze, analyze and promote work culture at any level, recognizing the factors affecting work culture promotion is vital. The model of work culture is considering the factors of organizational justice, social capital and participatory management and providing an appropriate model. The data collection method in this study was a combination of library and field studies and the data collection tools were interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire (2 questionnaires). The statistical population of this research consists of managers and employees of major companies producing iron ore in the process of implementing the model. Their number at the time of research was 1262 people and since in this research the modeling approach of structural equations has been used, finally 457 people became the basis of statistical analysis. In this study, SPSS software version 23 and AMOS version 24 software were used to analyze the data. Also, the level of significance (0.05) has been considered. The results show a positive and significant effect of factors related to the design and development of work culture on work culture (0.645) and a positive and significant effect of organizational justice, social capital and management. It is a contribution to the work culture. The results show that the relationship between organizational justice and work culture is more intense than other relationships.
