Legal analysis of the role of couples' personality differences in family strength

Since the attitude towards the human nature of men and women, their rights and freedoms have a direct impact on the institution of the family, choosing the right worldview as well as setting the most precise rules for regulating the relationship between individuals in the family and society is very important. Husbands and wives, as the main and primary pillars of family formation, have a fundamental and decisive role in the dynamism, strength, and growth of various personality dimensions of family members. In this study, we intend to examine the personality differences between men and women and express its role in family strength. This research is written in a descriptive-analytical method. In the end, we came to the conclusion that teaching the mystery of behavior in the family and how to communicate well with spouse and children, and reviving good religious and national traditions are among the strategies that are necessary to institutionalize morality in families and look. Islam is for both parties and is addressed to the verses, hadiths, and laws of both men and women, and each in its place can be the source of influence and cause a healthy family and community.
