Weaknesses and strengths of the lobbies of the Arab Gulf countries in the United States

The decentralized and pluralistic nature of power in the United States has enabled a diverse range of ethnic lobbies to play a role and influence. Meanwhile, Arabs in the southern Persian Gulf have turned their attention to lobbying as a reliable tool in foreign policy and to influence decision-making and policy-making in the United States. The scope and dimensions of activism and influence of these lobbies have grown significantly in recent years. In this regard, the main question of the present study is "What are the strengths and weaknesses of the lobbies of the Arab countries in the Persian Gulf?" The findings of the article indicate that the Arab lobbies of the Persian Gulf adhere to pluralistic trends and mechanisms such as embassies, lobbies registered as foreign representatives, individual lobbyists, oil companies and advocacy. Mali has used American think tanks to achieve goals such as a two-state solution, economic goals and interests, to counter negative agendas in exchange for a positive image of themselves, and finally to confront Iran. The present study is of descriptive-analytical type and data collection has been done in a library method and referring to Internet sources.
