Providing a quantitative model of organizational accountability based on public trust in the public sector
This study aims to present a quantitative model of organizational accountability based on public trust in Iran's government organizations. The method of this research is quantitative and in terms of its purpose, it is among descriptive-correlational studies. The statistical population of this research includes 250 managers and officials of government organizations in Ardabil province, and the sampling in this research was done as a whole. The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire of organizational accountability with a public trust approach. Therefore, this questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the managers of government organizations, and then after collecting it, it was found that about 234 supplementary questionnaires were collected. For the analysis, descriptive statistics were used to describe the demographic characteristics and categories, and inferential statistics were used for the quantitative analysis of the model. Statistical analysis on 31 categories and 96 subcategories in the form of six dimensions of causal conditions (5 themes), intervening factors (5 themes), governing platforms or background conditions (5 themes), core or main phenomenon (6 themes), strategies and strategies (6 themes) and consequences and results (4 themes) which form the components of the conceptual framework were examined, the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the observed factor loadings for all factors were greater than 0.3 which are within the acceptable range and also the test A significant T-value was also observed, which was greater than 1.96, and this indicates the fit of the structural model and the confirmation of the qualitative model.
