Investigating the Effect of Organizational Intelligence on Improving the Organizational Performance of Employees with Regard to the Mediating Role of Organizational Justice
Improving the performance of the organization's employees is one of the main concerns of organizations, especially private organizations in today's turbulent and competitive market. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of organizational intelligence on improving the organizational performance of employees through the mediation of organizational justice. This research is practical and has been carried out by a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population includes 816 employees of private companies of tile industries in Isfahan province, 286 questionnaires were randomly distributed among them and finally the data of 269 questionnaires were analyzed. In order to collect data, standard questionnaires were used, and despite their theoretical validity, their validity was re-evaluated and confirmed by experts and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha. Based on the findings of the research, organizational intelligence has a positive and significant effect on improving the organizational performance of employees and organizational justice. In addition, organizational justice has an impact on improving the organizational performance of employees. Also, the mediating effect of organizational justice in relation to organizational intelligence and performance improvement was confirmed. Based on the results of this research, by strengthening organizational intelligence and expanding organizational justice, the organizational performance of employees can be significantly improved.
