Presenting a Paradigm Model of Strategies for Attracting Public Investments and Participation of Donors for Sports Based on Grounded Theory

The poupous of this study was to strategies for attracting public investments and participation of donors for sports in Hamadan province. Statistical population included experts having knowledge of the study subject that selected by combination of purposive and snowball sampling methods. To this end, the raw data obtained from in-depth interviews with 32 experts having knowledge of the study subject were analyzed. The open coding results also indicated that 196 indicators could affect strategies for attracting public investments and participation of donors for sports in sport projects of Hamadan Province. Afterwards, the indicators were classified into 63 concepts and 23 categories within pivotal coding. The findings implied that various factors including integrated management development and planning, establishment of a culture of attracting public investments and participation, enhancement of interactions with donors, education, structural development, culture-building, moralism, improvement of ads and related media, development of a performance evaluation system of charity associations and so on could have effects on strategies affecting public investments and participation of donors for sports. According to the results of the present study, it can be suggested to the managers of sports organizations that using indicators, concepts, and categories identified in this study for future planning to attracting public investments and have effective communications with charitable individuals
