Abstract:

In its process concept, the model consists of four parts (basics, principles, goals and strategy) and in the basic part, three topics of epistemology, ontology and anthropology are considered. The current research seeks to design a model of negotiation with the enemy based on the anthropology of Imam Khomeini (RA). In his eyes, man has three layers of existence: mind, soul and body.The authors try to investigate the dimensions of the problem using the descriptive method and in the form of library studies. Regarding the explanation of the defaults, it should be said that the authors believe that; The negotiation model in most countries is rooted in the anthropological foundations of that country.
