The relationship between conflict management method and employee burnout considering the factors of concern
Job burnout can cause a lot of costs for executive bodies. Factors of employee concern have an effect on job burnout and management style. Management practices should reduce burnout. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between conflict management methods and employee burnout, taking into account the factors of concern in Iran's executive bodies. This is a practical and descriptive-survey research that was conducted in 1401 in the executive bodies. 190 questionnaires were analyzed to conduct the research. In this research, 6 hypotheses were formulated. A standard 5-point Likert questionnaire was used to check the research hypotheses. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between conflict management method and employee burnout considering the factors of concern in Iran's executive bodies. Managers should reduce employee anxiety with proper management.
