Examining the relationship between the organizational structure and the entrepreneurial culture of the organization (Case study: Gas Company of Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari Province)
In this research, the relationship between the organizational structure and the entrepreneurial culture of the organization in the gas company in Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari province has been examined The research population consisted of all the employees of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Gas Company, who numbered 270 people, and 160 people were selected by random sampling using the Karjesi-Morgan table. In order to collect data, a questionnaire on the structure of entrepreneurial culture and organizational structure was used. SPSS version 16 software was used to analyze the data in two sections of descriptive and inferential statistics. In the descriptive analysis of the data, the data frequency distribution table, the central and dispersion indices, and in the inferential analysis of the data, Pearson correlation and simple regression were used The results show that a significant relationship has been observed between organizational structure and entrepreneurial organizational culture. And there is an inverse relationship between the components of organizational structure (formality, complexity and concentration) and organizational entrepreneurship. That is, the higher the formality, law and regulations and complexity in the organizational level and concentration, the less organizational entrepreneurship.
