Preliminary study of the treatment of mental disorders from the perspective of the Holy Quran with reflection on the Holy Surah "Q"
The nature of human life is inseparable from physical and mental pain due to the existence of inevitable problems and misfortunes. The goal of psychotherapy is to help people deal with life issues without suffering. Accordingly, the present study aimed to use the teachings of the Holy Quran as a revelatory source to understand the man and the issues around him, to take a step towards discovering effective components in the treatment of mental injuries and disorders. Among the concepts close to this goal in the verses of the Qur'an is mentioned; Which refers to an aspect of the "self" that is attached to its Lord. Therefore, it is necessary to study this concept and its role in creating desirable emotions in humans to study and extract the pattern of change and deal with psychological damage. the present study was conducted with a qualitative method and with the method of contemplation of a surah with the focus on Surah "Q" to achieve this goal. The findings showed that the main problem in human beings is their lack of attention to their evolution and growth. That is, he forgets that he is going to take a path to establish himself in a position in this world, and in the Hereafter, he will reach that position and continue his permanent life accordingly. Therefore, the main purpose of treatment is to put the man in a state of awareness of what is happening inside himself and his relationships and surroundings and to get out of neglect and ignorance of the current truths in them, which is referred to as dhikr. According to the results obtained from Surah AH, the factors that strengthen this dhikr in human beings are: constant attention to divine intentions, fear of promise and being law-abiding, having fear and understanding of greatness and obstacles to the realization of this dhikr. In addition, wandering And confusion (in the matter of being current), receptivity in the direction of harm, and the emergence of negative traits (the effect of not activating dhikr). Furthermore, this surah introduces the main and most important process of realization of dhikr as the power of martyrdom, and since this power is both a necessity and a result of the realization of dhikr, it seems that strengthening it is one of the most important ways to treat mental disorders and human departure. It is considered suffering.
