Designing a model of organizational ethics in the light of Nahj al-Balagheh (Ardebil government organizations)
Organizational ethics in the administrative system is one of the very important issues that should be considered by scholars. Many behaviors and actions of managers and employees are influenced by moral values and are rooted in ethics. Paying attention to organizational ethics in organizations, in societies like Iran, which has Islamic identity and rich Iranian and Islamic moral values, can play a fundamental role in the progress of organizations. The present research has focused on the design of the model of organizational ethics based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha. The research method is a mixed method. In the qualitative part, the theme analysis method and Maxqda software were used. The working method in Nahj al-Balagha was like this, the researcher searched for themes that represented organizational ethics, with the cooperation of experts, he obtained 896 codes. Finally, the extracted codes were extracted using the theme analysis method in the form of basic themes and 4 organizing themes, which include They were divided into specialized and professional component, value and spiritual component, foundational component, and fundamental and ideological component. The result is presenting a model of organizational ethics in the light of rhetoric. Based on the findings, a quantitative part of the questionnaire was compiled and distributed among the employees who were selected in a relative stratified manner. According to the obtained results, the foundational component is the weakest component among the measured components.
