Investigating the factors affecting the intention to buy products with energy label (Case Study: Home appliance consumers)
Nowadays, the environment has become a vital issue for all human beings, both as a customer and as a producer. In today's society, electrical are widely used. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to methods to reduce energy consumption in such devices. One of these methods is to use energy labels for electrical devices. So it controls and saves energy. This raises the question of whether related factors related to willingness to pay, such as environmental attitudes, health concerns, environmental concerns, mental norms, past consumer experiences, brands of environmental companies, perceived effectiveness and control of perceived consumer behavior. Can the buyer have a positive effect on the consumer's purchasing attitude? The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. Library studies and standard questionnaire distribution have been used to collect data. The sampling method is random. Using Jersey and Morgan table, the sample size was estimated to be 384 people. SPSS 22 software was used to assess the validity of the questionnaire. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the two variables of environmental attitude and customer attitude towards products. Also, there is no significant relationship between the two variables of attention to health and customer attitudes toward products. Therefore, the hypotheses of the effect of environmental attitude and attention to health on the customer's attitude towards green products were rejected and twelve other hypotheses were confirmed.
