Multi-criteria evaluation of the role of the pivotal neighborhood in the crisis management cycle (Case study: Bazarbash neighborhood of Urmia)
Today, community-oriented components have a very high place in the field of crisis management, because in the face of various disasters and reducing the damages caused by them, the transition from the traditional paradigm of crisis management, in which the focus is on the physical and structural approach, to the new approach of community-oriented crisis management is necessary. has taken. In this approach, special attention has been paid to the social dimensions of people's participation in decision-making and their implementation. Taking advantage of social capital, building local capacity and empowering the community in how to face various disasters are the basic components of this approach. The main goal of the project is to analyze and evaluate the functions of urban neighborhoods in the face of various crises in Urmia city. The current research is descriptive, analytical and applied, and the method of collecting information is library and questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis was done based on AHP model using Expert Choice and ARC GIS software.
The results of the data analysis show that the sub-criteria of participation, central space and building characteristics have the most impact in facing the crisis. According to the final score table of the main criteria, it is concluded that this structure is a good and coherent structure for Bazarbash neighborhood of Urmia.
