The Pattern Model of the Unwellness of Faculty Members of Faculty of Humanities, Islamic Azad University, Fars Province, Based on Data Base Theory
The purpose of the present study is to analyze the category of unwellness of faculty members of Faculty of Human Sciences of Islamic Azad University of Fars province.
The research method is a qualitative type of database, in this regard, 18 faculty members of the Faculty of Humanities of Fars Islamic Azad University were selected and interviewed through purposeful sampling and analyzed using the coding method.
Organizational unhappiness is the central phenomenon of the research. Intervening variables include family factors and social factors. The attitude of the professors and the organizational structure of the university and the professor's job as causal conditions and background conditions are divided into three categories: organizational culture, leadership and financial-welfare services, which will have behavioral, emotional and cognitive consequences. Also, the appropriate strategy to remove the discomfort is management measures, each of which includes different subclasses.
According to the results of the research, it is suggested to pay attention to the role of various factors that directly and indirectly affect the quality of well-being in the programs to promote the well-being of university professors.
