Investigate the Risk situation of Human Resources among Employees of Tehran Municipality
The importance of human resource risk in organizations and industries has greatly increased and even some scholars refer to it as a key responsibility for any professional in the field of human resources. Human resource risks have wide dimensions because they bring significant opportunities and threats to the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the risk situation of human resources among employees of Tehran municipality. The statistical population of the research is 300 people of Tehran municipality employees (central municipality) from whom 170 people were selected using the Karjesi-Morgan table by available random sampling. The library and field data collection method and the data collection tool in this research is a standard questionnaire. Ernst and Young (2008) standard 33-question questionnaire was used for measurement. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha. In order to test the research hypotheses, a one-sample t-test was used using SPSS22 software. The findings of the research showed that all hypotheses have been confirmed, in other words, the situation of human resource risk and strategic risk components, operational risk, compliance risk, and financial risk in Tehran municipality is different from the desired situation. Human resource risk and components of strategic risk, operational risk, and compliance risk are in an unfavorable situation, and financial risk is in a relatively favorable situation.
