Investigating the relationship between customer orientation, performance, behavioral commitment and communication among municipal employees of Gilan province
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between customer orientation, performance, behavioral commitment and communication among municipal employees in Gilan province. This research is of an applied, descriptive-correlation type, and the statistical population of this research includes the technical employees of the municipalities of Gilan province, whose number is 560. The sample size was 229 people using Cochran's formula and multi-stage cluster sampling method was used. A questionnaire was used to collect the research data, and the reliability of all questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In the analysis of the research model, structural equation method has been used using SPSS19 software. In the investigated model, the values of the main fit index indicate the appropriateness of the model. The results showed that there is a relationship between customer orientation and performance, and behavioral commitment and communication have a significant effect on the relationship between the two variables of customer orientation and performance among municipal employees in Gilan province.
