Diagnosis of Human Resource Functionality in Education in Dashti County Based on the Three-Pronged Model
Introduction and goal:
This study was conducted with the aim of Diagnosis of Human Resource Functionality in Education in Dashti County Based on the Three-Pronged Model.
This research was of mixed type. In the qualitative part, the Diagnosis elements of human resource functions were identified based on the three-pronged model and the research model were designed, and then in the quantitative part, this model was tested. In order to collect information in the qualitative section, the data were analyzed by content analysis method (content obtained from interviews) and then concepts and categories were extracted and then the research model was designed using structural-interpretive modeling. In the quantitative section, quantitative data were collected and analyzed using a survey method. On the other hand, in the qualitative part, the participants, including human resource managers, had a relevant background in the Education of Dashti city, 15 of whom were selected (achieving theoretical saturation), and in a small part, 40 people from the community were used.
The results showed that for the Diagnosis of human resource functions based on the three-pronged model, 17 structures were identified that based on the average of the answers given, in the content dimension, the item equalization of opportunities, in the structural dimension, the item of decentralized management structure and in the context dimension Inadequate organizational climate is the most prevalent. After identifying 17 structures based on three dimensions of the three-pronged model, using structural-interpretive modeling, the research model was confirmed.
Human resources capabilities can be increased in order to eliminate the harm related to human resources functions, equalizing opportunities, decentralizing management and creating a suitable organizational climate.
