Comparing the Effectiveness of Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness based on Cognitive Therapy on Marital Satisfaction and Resilience of Women Seeking Divorce
Divorce is one of the most important challenges of any society that changes people's lives. Therefore, the present study aimed to comparing the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness based on cognitive therapy on marital satisfaction and resilience of women seeking divorce.
The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental groups and control group; And both therapy-intervention dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness based on cognitive therapy had a significant positive effect on marital satisfaction and resilience of women seeking divorce (P <0.05). Also, the results of Bonferroni post hoc test showed that the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy on marital satisfaction was higher than mindfulness based on cognitive therapy (P <0.05). the effectiveness of mindfulness based on cognitive therapy on resilience was higher than dialectical behavior therapy (P <0.05).
