Ethnic demands in Iran on justice and development

The diversity of identity/ethnicity in contemporary Iran has been accompanied by the growth of globalization processes and has resulted in inter-ethnic conflicts that the degree of elimination of discrimination and inequalities in order to achieve social development tends to identity seeking and seeking justice, which is the subject of this research among Persians, Turks, Kurds, Arabs and Baluchs of Iran are located. Iranian social identities are dissatisfied with the domination of elements of Persian identity over their elements, and they do not consider the reduced status of Iranian historical identity to be fair and in line with the development of collective identities.This research titled "From border to border" in 13 provinces of Iran with integrated qualitative method (GT and survey) and in-depth interview tools, library documents, and open questionnaire, collects data in the fields of "religious identity and national identity (interaction or confrontation)" ", "inter-ethnic cultural boundaries", "deadlock of ethnic and national movements", "elimination of cultures", "peaceful approach to overcome the crisis", extracted and categorized and achieved a conceptual model in which the main factors ( economic and ideological), intervening factors (media and lifestyle), and background factors (legal, cultural parameters and mismanagement) phenomenon-oriented (demand for justice / social disruption) has been formed and strategic action (peaceful action, acceptance of the existing situation, and government interaction) and the nation) and its consequences (the stability and decline of social capital) are presented.
