The effectiveness of technical and vocational training in ‎increasing employability and earning a job and reducing the ‎return of prisoners to prison after release.‎

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of technical andvocational training on employability, job income and non-return to prison after the release of prisoners. The study is of applied type with a comparative-post-event causal approach.According to the theoretical foundations, a conceptual and analysis of path model were designed Two researcher-made questionnaires were measurement tools, the quality of technical and vocational education with components including compliance with economic needs, quality of training implementation, quality of curriculum, competence vocational coaching, achieving learning goals and pursuing training outcomes, and other employability with components including general skills including sub-components (skills Communication, problem solving skills, teamworking skills) and vocational competencies including sub-components (work knowledge, vocational skills, skills And personality traits including subcomponents (self-confidence, adaptability, resilience) and professional ethics It included sub-components (prison defamation, respect for the rights of others, trustworthiness. Validity of questionnaires was calculated, which was confirmed by experts and pundits. Goodness fitting indices were higher than 0/9 which indicates a good fit of the model.  The results showed that technical and vocational training does not directly affect the increase of job income and non-return to prison, but it can also indirectly affect it. So that technical and vocational training leads to an increase in employability, and employability also increases job income, and ultimately job income causes not returning to prison.  Employability does not directly affect non-return to prison, but along with technical and vocational training, it can increase job income and, as a result, increase non-return to prison
