Relationship between Service Quality and Training of Employees (Instruction of Personnel) Mediated by Organizational Commitment in Sports and Educational Complex Oil Mahmoud Abad)
The aim of this study was Relationship between Service Quality and Training of Employees (Instruction of Personnel) Mediated by Organizational Commitment in Sports and Educational Complex Oil Mahmoud Abad. This research is descriptive-Correlation research and purpose of applied and is the type of field research. The population of all employees was set sports training Mahmudabad oil were selected based on Morgan table as the sample of 297 students. In order to collect data, questionnaires quality of service (Liu, 2008), employee training (Dhar, 2014) and organizational commitment (OCQ) (Allen & Meyer, 1996) was used a Likert scale. The role of mediator was used to determine the structural equation modeling and mediation regression analysis and Pearson test. Were analyzed using the software SPSS22 and application analysis of moment structures (AMOS). The results showed a significant positive correlation exists between the understanding of staff training and its affiliates (perceived access to education, understanding of educational support, perceived benefits of education) and organizational commitment. There is a significant relationship between organizational commitments of Training of Employees. There is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and service quality. The mediating role of organizational commitment will be fully explained by components of the review.
