Seminaries and Necessity of Effort to Media Fiqh;Do's and Don'ts

Abstract:

Today, Seminaries are systematic that formats for training and promoting sciences derived from the Holy Quran and the hadiths and traditions of the Prophet and the infallible Imams. The emergence of the Islamic Revolution by centering the seminaries and formation of a system on the basis of Religious foundations brought up the field of opening new horizons to Shi'i jurisprudence on one hand, and made the fields of systematic views toward religion and production and improvement of new religious knowledge such as Media Fiqh on the other hand that have been effective in the life and maturity of Islamic thought. Media Fiqh is a knowledge that has Jurisprudential response to Media’s problems through inference from authentic religious sources and in the framework of values and religious system, deals with orders on human action in Media system. The present writing tries to take advantage from descriptive-analytical method, analyzes and recognizes the role and function of the clergy and seminaries in effort of Media Fiqh and its Do's and Don'ts in the age of Hegemony of cyber Media.
