Quantitative Content Analysis of the Islamic State: A Case Study of ISIS Rumiyah magazines (1-4)

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) is a Salafi-Takfiri group. The group waged an armed struggle in Iraq and Syria to form a Salafi government. ISIL, however, paid a lot of attention to the media. Unlike many terrorist groups that are not interested in media activities. ISIL was interested in this issue. ISIL initially distributed Dabaq. After the defeat of Dabaq, he published a new publication called Rumiyeh, which also had a Persian version. Accordingly, this article tries to study the category of Islamic state in the headlines of the first four issues of Romans based on the qualitative content analysis. The Islamic State implies the ideal of reviving the Caliphate and the way of life of the Companions. The reason for the importance of these four numbers should also be considered in the fact that these four numbers were distributed at a time when the caliphate of ISIL was still in place and ISIL acted as a government.
