Determining the relationship between stress management and the level of perceived job stress and the quality of services provided by midwives working in the maternity department of hospitals in Hamedan province in 2022.
Occupational stress is one of the major problems of health care workers, which greatly affects their professional performance. Having the ability to manage stress in the stressful midwifery profession is one of the basic requirements that can reduce midwifery errors and consequently reduce the mortality of mothers and babies. Although job stress exists in all jobs, midwives face higher levels of job stress in order to meet the needs of pregnant mothers and their families, and in this way, not having the ability to manage stress and tension may reduce the quality of services. The present study was conducted by determining the relationship between stress management and the level of perceived job stress and the quality of services provided by midwives working in the maternity department of hospitals in Hamedan province.
