Ethical Components and Indicators and its Effect on Human Spiritual Health from the Perspective of Qur’an and Hadith

One of the most important factors of spiritual health is adherence to moral standards. Ethical components make sense based on people's world view. And the highest definition of ethics can be seen in the Islamic worldview. Therefore, identification of the components of human spiritual health has also been done based on the school of Islam. For this purpose, using the analysis of the content of the verses of the Holy Qur'an, it was studied and deliberated. The current research was written with the aim of introducing the most important moral indicators from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadiths.

This research is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of method. The data was collected from scientific documents and in order to analyze the data, thematic analysis was done using the Qur’an and hadiths.

The results showed that the strength of moral standards in human relationships benefits their mental space and reduces psychological problems and provides the basis for the spiritual health of humans.

Based on the obtained results, being bound to moral virtues such as pleasing and pleasing God, believing in the existence of Allah, the Most Exalted (belief in Allah, the Almighty) and remembering death, sacrifice, charity, trust, piety, truthfulness, patience, and elegance cause satisfaction and love among people. As a result, problems are reduced and it has a great impact on human health.
