Investingating The Relationship between Organizational Culture With the Quality of Work Life of primary School Teachers in Second term of Alborz city, Qazvin provience.
The present study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and life quality of primary school teachers in second term of Alborz city in Qazvin province. This research is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study was 140 teachers. Using Morgan table and stratified random sampling method, 104 people were selected as sample, 68 male and 36 female. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and data were analyzed using SPSS software and then analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and t-test. For reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha test was used. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for organizational culture index is 0.71 and for quality of work life equal to 0.81, which indicates the high reliability of the research tool. Pearson correlation test showed a significant relationship between the components of organizational culture and quality of work life. The correlation coefficient between the organizational culture variable and the quality of working life was 0.68, and between the components of organizational culture and the quality of work life, respectively: Participation, 0.53 stability and integrity 0.71, flexibility 0.43, mission 0.43.
