Model of managers' competency with e-learning approach (virtual)(Case study: Islamic Azad University, Khuzestan Branch)
The present study was conducted to identify the competencies of managers of e-learning (virtual) approach in the Islamic Azad University, Khuzestan Branch. This study is a combination of meta-analysis of qualitative research. The studied statistical population in the qualitative part of the research is based on the data theory of the foundation. The research method is data based on the type of research. The statistical population of experts (at least 5 years of management experience) 30 people were selected by snowball method. The method of data collection was interview to theoretical saturation. The methods of data analysis were open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The results of the analysis of the interviews showed that the meritocracy components of the managers of the Islamic Azad University of Khuzestan Province led to the identification of 186 items, 12 components and 4 dimensions. In a small part, Friedman test was used and priorities were used based on mean weighting. Specialized - knowledge competencies (educational competencies, research competencies, scientific competencies, skill competencies), communicative competencies (individual competencies, organizational competencies, social competencies), competencies Structural-professional orientation (technological and technological competencies, intellectual competencies, personality competencies) Moral-value competencies (doctrinal competencies, spiritual "religious and cultural" competencies) were formed.
