The relationship between organizational socialization and organizational commitment with the variable role of social responsibility intervention (Case of study: government organizations of Khalkhal city)

The present research was carried out with the aim of the relationship between organizational socialization and organizational commitment with the role of the intervening variable of social responsibility (case study: government organizations of Khalkhal city). The present research method was survey type and data collection was done by questionnaire. In this study, face validity was used to determine the validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questions. The results obtained from the research showed that the independent variable of organizational socialization and the intervening variable of responsibility have a significant effect on the dependent variable of organizational commitment.
