Explaining the place of intuition in mystical Persian prose texts by referring to the works of mystics of the fifth to seventh centuries and its reflection on Islamic paintings

Intuition is one of the most important mystical subjects that many mystics from the third century AH in their works have mentioned its examples and circumstances. This importance is clearly evident in the expression of their intuitive circumstances and discoveries. According to scholars in this field, the concept of intuition, like many other mystical concepts, has evolved over time in the works of mystics. The purpose of writing this article is to study the evolution of intuition in Persian mystical prose texts from the beginning of the fifth century to the end of the seventh century. This research is in the field of theoretical research and descriptive-analytical research. According to the results, after the emergence of mystical terms in the field of mystical literature, the concept of intuition underwent dramatic changes. As they acknowledged, intuition is born of self-cultivation and plays an important role in the evolution of the mystic and is considered one of the most important stages in knowing the truth. It was consistent. In the sixth century, the words observation, revelation, and intuition were used interchangeably, and in the seventh century, they believed in the distinction between intuition and observation and discovery.
