Entrepreneurship opportunities in the mines of Sistan and Baluchestan province with emphasis on the use of precious stones in jewelry design

The mining sector in many countries, including Iran, is one of the most important paths to achieving sustainable development. The high correlation between the mining sector and other sectors of the national economy doubles the importance of this sector. Therefore, identifying and developing entrepreneurial opportunities in this field can directly and indirectly provide a very important platform for employment, especially in deprived areas of the country, including Sistan and Baluchestan province. Therefore, this article has tried to provide a model for identifying and developing entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of mines in Sistan and Baluchestan province with a qualitative approach. Research Method The present article has a qualitative approach that has analyzed the interviews conducted with elites and university professors and experts in the field of mines in the province using data-based theory. According to the data analysis, 321 final codes were extracted through open coding and then, using axial coding, were categorized into 151 concepts and 18 categories.
