Reflection of political and social issues in the poems of Imam Khomeini
Imam Khomeini's poetry, like his other writings and speeches, can help us to know more about his thoughts, opinions and feelings. Despite the main mystical format, his poems have not been unaffected by political and social developments and situations. The purpose of this article is to investigate the reflection of political and social issues in Imam's poems with descriptive-analytical research method.The aspects of colonialism and belligerent tyranny of the imam's personality in his youth, as well as his positions on the status of the seminary of Qom and the position of Ayatollah Haeri in its promotion, are among the findings of this research. In the following, his poems about the Islamic Republic and his hopeful and cheerful style are introduced. Of course, the Imam's positions about the House of Saud and the effect of the 15th of Khordad uprising in his poetry are also interesting points of this discussion.The reflection of feelings and family relationships, as well as Imam Khomeini's criticism of the usefulness of Sufi and Dervish philosophy and professions, are among the topics related to society in her poetry.
